Baked tofu, delicious and satisfying, can't stop taking one bite at a time

Seeing a mouthful of steamed tofu bursting with sauce, I felt it was very delicious. I bought a bag and also tried to make it. This time, I made it in two ways: grilled and fried.
Ingredients: wrapped tofu, vegetable oil, chili sauce.
Steps:
Step 1: Open a box of wrapped tofu, gently pour it into the water, separate the tofu, and pour over the water.
Step 2, put it in a drain basket and let it dry for 30 minutes.
Step 3: If there is still water, use a tissue to control the moisture.
Step 4: Baking: Brush the surface of the baking tray with oil, and place the sauce coated tofu at intervals.
Step 5: Heat the oven at 160 ℃ for 12 to 15 minutes, taking care not to take too long as the tofu may break.
Step 6: Fry: Brush the non stick pan with oil.
Step 7: Place the coated tofu at intervals.
Step 8: Cook slowly over low heat and flip the sides halfway, with gentle movements.
Step 9: Fry until the surface is golden and bulging, and then remove from the pot.
Step 10: Sprinkle your own chili sauce on the surface of the tofu to start eating.
Tip:
1. Mashed tofu is very tender, and its movements must be light and easy to break. 2. When grilling tofu, be sure to watch it, don't grill it too long or it will break. 3. When frying tofu, wait for the bottom to set before turning it over. The non stick pot is better, as some pots are prone to sticking and breaking.
